The 158 mile Marathon des Sables Sahara Desert Run, is noted for being one of the toughest endurance races in the world and is one of the ultimate tests of the body and mind.

Jason Sissel, Founder of Endure to Cure, the charity / volunteer group that strives to raise funds for children with pediatric cancer, has just completed his latest challenge.
